How to open & Manage Serviceable event in HMC Ver. 6.0.

To open serviceable event in HMC Ver. 6.0, click on the Service Focal Point -- > Manage Serviceable Events

 Now click on “Manage Serviceable Events”

Click “OK” to view all Serviceable Event Overview

Click/select the specific Problem # and then click on Selected Menu -- > View Details

Select the FRUs associated e.g. I select 39J4951 and click on Selected FRU -- > FRU Details
